How does the custom order process work?
We handle the full design process for you. Once your order is placed, we’ll work with you on your logo, artwork, colours, and layout- including as many design variations as needed until you’re completely happy.
Once the final designs are agreed, they’re submitted to our manufacturer, who produces a physical sample using your artwork. We’ll review this with you and only proceed to full production once you’ve approved the sample. After approval, mass production begins, followed by shipping.
